You pick a document, answer plain-English questions about your situation, and our AI assembles a state-aware draft in the background. You then read the full document on screen — for free — and only pay $19.99 when you decide to download.
No. You can complete the intake and preview the document as a guest. An account lets you save documents, return later, and re-download within the 30-day edit window.
Most people finish the intake in 5–10 minutes. AI generation, preview, payment, and download usually take another 1–2 minutes.
All 50 US states plus DC. Our jurisdiction engine applies the right state-specific clauses, notice periods, and disclosures automatically based on your selection at intake.

One flat fee of $19.99 per finalized document. No subscription, no trial, no hidden charges. Everything you get — PDF, editable Word, 30 days of free edits — is included.
Yes — the entire generated document renders on screen for free after the intake. Read every clause, check every name and dollar amount, and only pay when you decide to download.
All payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Card numbers never touch our servers.
Because the entire document is previewable for free before purchase, returns are rare. If a generation error slips through, contact support within 30 days and we will fix it at no extra charge or refund the purchase.
No. There is no subscription, no trial, and no auto-renewal — ever. You pay the flat $19.99 for each finalized document and nothing else.
Documents & quality
Every document is generated fresh from your specific inputs — parties, dates, money, state, and any optional clauses you select. It is substantially more personalized than a static template.
For routine documents (leases, NDAs, contractor agreements, simple wills), it is a fast and affordable alternative. For high-risk situations — contested matters, large dollar amounts, custody, eviction, immigration — we recommend attorney review and surface that option in the flow.
Yes. You get both a PDF and an editable Word file. The Word file opens in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or Apple Pages. You also have 30 days of free edits inside your account.
Inside the 30-day window, edit the intake answers and regenerate the corrected document at no additional cost.
PDF (for signing, printing, and sharing) and DOCX (for editing in Word/Docs/Pages). Both are delivered instantly after payment.
Security & privacy
Encrypted at rest in our US-based databases and transmitted over TLS 1.3. We do not sell user data, and we do not use your document content to train external AI models.
Only you (and any account collaborators you explicitly invite). Internal support staff can access documents only when you raise a ticket and only for the duration of that ticket.
Yes — from Account Settings. We honor deletion requests within 30 days as required by applicable privacy law.
