Terms of Service

The rules that govern using Legal Documents Hub.

Last updated:

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, paying for, or downloading a document from Legal Documents Hub ("LDH", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What we provide

LDH is a software service that helps you generate legal documents based on your inputs and current jurisdictional rules. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice and we are not a substitute for an attorney. Using LDH does not create an attorney-client relationship.

3. Pricing

  • Each document is a one-time, flat fee of $19.99.
  • No subscription, no recurring billing, no surprise renewals.
  • You only pay when you choose to download. Previewing is free.

4. Refunds

If your generated document fails our quality checks or contains a clear error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will regenerate at no charge or issue a full refund. We do not refund documents that have already been signed, executed, filed, or used in a transaction.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use LDH to commit fraud or impersonate another person.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Generate documents for an unlawful purpose.
  • Resell or rebrand our generated documents as your own template product.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you input and the documents you generate. You grant us a limited license to process your data to deliver the service, send notifications, and improve quality. We will never sell your data or use it for advertising.

7. Limits of liability

LDH provides documents on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the document in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reliance damages.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten our service, or are used to commit fraud.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware unless you have a non-waivable consumer right.
